Floor tiles - we are very pleased:

Left photo = deck (enclosed during tiling process)                   Right photo = upstairs jack & jill BA

Mock-up of flush baseboard (very rough). On the right you see a close-up of the indented line that will run along the lower part of wall, demarcating the separation from the baseboard.

We are not entirely satisfied with how the colors came out on the exterior. But, we will wait until we put in all of the landscaping before making any decisions regarding potential changes.

BTW, if you look again at the top left photo of the deck tile, you notice the cream color of the stucco, especially when contrasted with the white tile and cabinets that you see in the top right photo. When we do the final coat of paint on the interior walls, we will most likely paint the interior walls of the deck "simply white" as well to match the interior and to better complement the tile.
