Kitchen and DR wall goes up

In the lower left photo, note the 3 first-floor window openings on the right. The biggest one (nearest to the entry way) is in Guest BR 2. The second window opening (narrow vertical) is in Guest BA 2. The last window opening is at the west (furthest from the lake) end of the MBA. 

On the 2nd floor, both window openings are in the kitchen, and the lower-end of both will be at counter-top level (36"). The kitchen pantry will be between the horizontal window and the office. There will be a counter running perpendicular immediately to the left of the vertical window, separating the kitchen from the DR. The open DR will be between the kitchen and the deck, and will approximate about 12' x 15'.
