Another view of the vertical window on the first floor facade. Note the "pop-out" that overhangs the window and ladder on the south (right) side of the building. My (2nd floor) office will jut out from the rest of the structure to provide a nice view of the lake.
This is a close-up view of the office "pop-out". The right photo shows most of the dimensions of what will be my office (to the left), a "jack-and-jill" shared BA, and Rod's office to the right. In the middle of the foreground is the open air space from ground floor to 2nd floor ceiling. In the foreground to the right will be the bridge from the 2nd floor living areas to our offices. See below for another perspective of the bridge.
In the above photo, the kitchen will be to the left, in front of the open air area. The dining room will be in foreground left. The media room will be to the right, in front of the open air area. The living room will be foreground right. If you look straight down the middle, across the bridge, you will note that one will be able to see from one end of the house to the other on the 2nd floor.
