During the visit, we discovered that our fireplace comes with an ugly interior vent (see underneath the hearth frame). Now we are trying to figure out how to hide it.
Powder Room also will be re-worked to line up the ceiling at the skylight opening (above what will be the sink) with the corners (door frame in one photo and wall in others). This misalignment apparently reflects an attempt to line up the ceiling with the skylight borders above.
