For those wondering, I have not been posting because there is little new to see just yet. That is because: a) the contractor broke his left collarbone skiing and thus has not been taking photos, and b) when we last visited the site two weeks ago, much of the house was covered up in preparation for painting (both cabinets and walls).
The contractor has provided an estimated completion date: April 27, with potential to finish earlier than that. This is based upon two months of work once the final cabinets come in. The contractor has stated that the remaining work is very predictable from a scheduling standpoint. The last of the custom cabinets supposedly arrived last Friday - hopefully no news on that is good news. We do have one issue to resolve with respect to cabinets that had been delivered as of two weeks ago, but that is not supposed to slow down the remaining work.
Keeping my fingers crossed on the final delivery of cabinets that just came in.
