Landscaping and Rain

New soil has been added and tilled. On the left, the irrigation system has been installed. On the right, towards the top of the photo, gravel path has been put in to provide access to the lake side of the house.

See the rain water enter the runnel, then flow through the slit into the bio-retention planter.

Next week, Rod visits the site to pick out the 9-10 rocks for the landscaping, oversee their placement, and okay the first set of plant orders. Too much excitement for me to participate.
